Use & Care

Remove your current insole and replace it with Blumaka insoles. Loosen the laces of your shoes and widen the opening, as the insole may interfere with your sock when slipping into it. Before you lace up your shoes, make sure your socks are flat and not wrinkled.

Dirt can affect the adhesion of your insoles. To clean them, remove the Blumaka insoles and rinse them with warm, soapy water. Shake out the excess water and let them air dry. Do not put the insoles in the dryer.

For a perfect fit, trim the insoles by placing the old insole on top of the Blumaka insole and trimming off excess material.
