Provided the products you ordered are in stock, our shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Europe and 5 to 10 business days internationally, depending on the distance.

For orders within the EU with a value of €40 or more and for international orders with a value of over €100, shipping is free. Otherwise, our system calculates the cheapest method on the day and offers it to you when you complete your order.

After your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a tracking code by email, which you can use to track your package from our warehouse to your delivery location.

If one of our products does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 60 days without giving any reason and you will of course get your money back. The only condition is that there are no signs of use on your item.

We are currently setting up a clear returns portal. Until then, please send us an email to support@winqssports.com and add the following information: order number, your name, products to be returned (item number and size) and, if possible, a little information about why you are returning the product so that we can continue to improve our products. If you want to exchange the product, please also add the new product you want. We will then send you a return label by e-mail immediately.
